this was meant to be just a swatch but I wanted to get cracking on some knitting tonight whilst havign my normal Thursday waterloo Road and ER session.

The plain King Cole merino and the variegated DK pure wool are such a good match the stripes merge.

This is a 4 row variegated, then 3 row plain striping which allows me to space the short rows etc.

I reall y enjoyed using this yarn - it is soft and I love the way it stripes like noro kureyon

I had an experiment and striped the two different colours and I think it looks great. These are a medium - rise 16" and inside leg 7.5"
